At Indigo Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that sample vials and discovery sets are final sale to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and authenticity.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, sealed packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our concierge team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit back to our studio.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
